Kielbasa Sauerkraut Crock Pot Recipe and Who is Chef Gina?

Anyone who knows me, knows I can’t pass up a good recipe. Hey, its the Chef in Me!

Believe it or not my specialty is cooking for high volume up to 30,000 people. Yes, I said thirty thousand people! I know your probably thinking, where in the world would you cook for that many people. Back in the day, I use to be the youngest Corporate Chef for Anheuser Busch Theme Parks. I worked at Sea World in Ohio. This was actually a year round job. The animals stayed year round and so did the trainers. Fresh out of college, I was offered this amazing, once in a life time, highly sought out job. I was in charge of a lot of people and a lot of food. lol I have so many great memories there. Most of all the food was amazing. Each restaurant had their own style of food and recipes. Season ticket holders would just come out to eat dinner because the food was just that good. If you scroll down this blog, I included a Carrot Cake recipe from Sea World. If your interested in more secret/not so secret Sea World Recipes check out my section on Pinterest (click here)

So, recently I came across this website called Food Folks and Fun. There is an amazing recipe for a crock pot Kielbasa and Sauerkraut Recipe, which is perfect for the New Year. (scroll down to view the link and picture)

Did you know that German tradition is to eat pork and sauerkraut on New Years to bring good luck?
